          Spaticalia    Saturn
Do you wanna know about Saturn? Read this and you will get heaps of facts?

Appearance
Saturn has rings around it but it not the only one with ring there are other planets to, Neptune, Uranus. It’s rings are made out of dust and ice and rock the ring. As planets age they become darker and cooler.

Size
58,232 km
Saturn's rings are about 175,000 miles (282,000 km) across, but only about 3,200 feet (~1 km) thick. If you had a model of Saturn that was a meter stick wide (3 feet), its rings would be about 10,000 times
thinner than a razor blade! Saturn and its rings would just fit in the distance between Earth and the Moon.

Names
Saturn was also the Roman God of time and this is perhaps why the slowest (in orbit ‘around the Sun) of the five bright planets was named after him. In Roman mythology, Saturn was the father of Jupiter. Saturday is also named after the Roman God Saturn (Saturn's Day).

More    facts
Distance from the sun  1,433,000,000 Km. Saturn is the second largest planet and it spins more faster than Jupiter. It is a gas giant with an average radius about nine times that of earth.
